ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a marketing whiz with a passion for making a difference? Raise Away is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team. If you love crafting cool campaigns, coming up with awesome ideas, and making magic happen, this might be the perfect gig for you!

You’d be creating eye-catching content, connecting with people who care about making a positive impact and be the mastermind behind campaigns that not only promote our amazing luxury vacation packages but also help nonprofits raise funds for great causes. It’s a role where you can let your creativity shine, work with a fantastic team, and see the real-world results of your efforts.

Whether it’s brainstorming new strategies, diving into market research, or tweaking a social media post for maximum engagement, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide kick-ass fundraising solutions – for both our charity partners and their supporters. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dream up and launch marketing campaigns that get people talking (paid media, SEO, and email)

  • Craft fun and engaging content for internal and external use; emails, social media, and website 

  • Keep our brand fresh and captivating across all our channels 

  • Stay on top of trends to keep us ahead of the game 

  • Work with our awesome sales, product, and guest experience teams to make sure we’re all on the same page 

  • Keep an eye on our marketing budget and make sure we’re getting the most bang for our buck 

  • Dive deep into the data to check out how our campaigns are doing and tweak them to make them even better 

  • Attend quarterly team gatherings, at least two will be in Southern California 

  • Participate in weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana projects

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Self-starter, 100% remote means no babysitter; you manage your schedule like a grown-up 

  • At least 4 years of diverse marketing experience, and a track record of rocking it 

  • Kick-ass writing and communication skills 

  • 2 years experience with paid media advertising

  • SEO experience is a plus but not a deal breaker

  • A knack for numbers and data – you love figuring out what works and what doesn’t 

  • A creative mind that’s always buzzing with new ideas 

  • Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, and email platforms 

  • Great at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines 

  • Growth mindset…this is the way 

  • Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus but not required 

  • Prior Hubspot knowledge is a plus 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners 

  • Accepts feedback well and grows from it 

  • Have a desire to win 

  • Is proactive and an independent problem solver
