Account Executive:

LOCATION: Remote work.

ABOUT RAISE AWAY - we provide kick-ass fundraising solutions to nonprofits and schools, specializing in luxury travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Does the thought of helping small, medium and large nonprofits or schools excite you? Does bringing the good word of Raise Away to the people get you a little buzz? Or was that just the whiskey sour talking? If you answered yes to 3 out of 3 then that is fantastic…. but not necessary for this role, only 2 of 3 three are needed and we will let you solve that equation on your own.

Do you like overcoming challenges with awesome rewards at the end? Would you prefer to play in the big game vs watch the big game? What about building long term relationships with clients? Do you enjoy phone calls and meeting new people?

If you answered “Hell yeah” to the questions above you might be a great fit for our Account Executive team that we are looking for. We are looking for a passionate individual, who loves to help their clients win big, challenge the status quo, enjoy meeting fantastic people, and building term relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely each year with various nonprofits and schools in assigned territory

  • Build long term relationships with clients and manage 10,000+ accounts annually

  • Daily outreach to new/existing clients: phone calls, emails, Google Hangouts (we are short $ZOOM)

  • Work within a CRM (Hubspot) daily to manage your tasks and input data for tracking

  • Attend quarterly team gatherings, 2 per year at one of our travel destinations. The last end of year one was Las Vegas!

  • Smash your monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas

  • Participate in weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana projects

  • Ride a unicorn 🦄

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Self-starter, 100% remote means no babysitter, you manage your schedule

  • Asks lots of questions

  • Sales experience is a plus but not necessary, our best Account Executives have had no prior experience

  • Not afraid to make phone calls to clients, or do Google Hangout video conference calls with clients

  • Growth mindset…this is the way

  • Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus but not required

  • Prior Hubspot knowledge is a plus but not required

  • Solid organizational skills

  • Accepts feedback well and grows from it

  • Have a desire to win

  • Is proactive and an independent problem solver!
